“If you persevere, you can get anything.”

This is the Filipino version of the proverb, “No Pain, No Gain”.

The cartoon shows a kid reaching high levels in a game by persevering.

This is a good reminder that in order to get what you want in life (money, a wife, a job, etc.) you should always persevere .

Kids these days are so used to getting what they want instantly. This proverb should remind them that perseverance is a good virtue in order to achieve what they desire.
