“Every pot has a matching lid”

This proverb means that every person has his perfect match. Be it a life partner, business partner, etc.there is always person who will compliment another person.

The cartoon explains the proverb in a literal way where a pot is looking for a matching lid.

This kasabihan is used by elders to assure a person that there is someone out there that will be perfect for him. This is a good reminder to anyone who feels he/sher is lonely that there is someone out there who is perfect for him/her.
